SHIPPING POLICY

ONLINE STORE ONLY

We are an Australian business based in Sydney Australia. We sell our products online only and we do not have a physical store where you can purchase and pickup items. Therefore, all our products are shipped to you.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address in your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery of your order due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding any shipping fee, if applicable) and contact you to advise you to resubmit your order.

ORDERING PROCESS

We ship from Sydney Australia

We process orders within 48 hours

Successfully placed order will immediately receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email notification, please check your spam filter or contact us for information about your order status. 

AUSTRALIA POST

We use Australia Post for all our shipping of products. All deliveries are contactless delivery. 

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

  1. All orders over $25 are shipped FREE throughout Australia. 

  2. Products leave our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours of purchase.

  3. Delivery is usually 4-10 days, however due to COVID circumstances, delivery may be longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. Shipping Costs are determined by your location. At checkout, your shipping will be calculated automatically. If you change your mind about ordering, the order can be easily cancelled in the online shop.

  2. Shipping times depend on your location.

  3. Products leave our Sydney warehouse within 48 hours of purchase.

  4. Delivery is usually 7-21 days, however due to COVID circumstances, delivery may be longer. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 21 days.

CHANGE YOUR ORDER

Please contact us by EMAIL immediately if you need to adjust  your order in any way. Please note that we will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been changed. 

REFUND POLICY
If you're not happy, we're not happy

Naturalia Health have a ‘no questions asked’ return and refund policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund within 30 days.

 

Please email us to discuss your refund, and instructions on how to return any unopened and unused products.

 

Please read the Return/Refund Policy outlined below :

 

1.You have 30 days in which to notify us that you are not 100% satisfied with our product.

 

2.Naturalia Health will refund you in full through the same method you used when purchasing the product.

 

3.All unopened and unused products must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging if possible.

 

4.Shipping for returned products is at the customer’s expense - that is, the customer pays for the return of the product/s. If you have further enquiries, please email us.
